This high quality eyelet has 1/4-inch holes so an underlining will be necessary. This pale steel blue (with slight green overtones) pima cotton base with white embroidery looks great layered over white, but for added punch another complimentary color could be used. Hand wash cold, drip dry. As washing machines and water temps & quality vary considerably, we recommend test washing a 4"x4" swatch to determine shrinkage and texture change before washing entire yardage.
